Abstract

Ta’lim muassasalari rahbarlarida yuksak ma’naviy-axloqiy fazilatlarni rivojlantirish muassasa, uning manfaatdor tomonlari va keng jamoatchilik uchun keng ko‘lamli ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan muhim omildir. Ushbu maqolada biz ta'lim muassasalari rahbarlarida yuksak axloqiy fazilatlarni tarbiyalashning ahamiyati, uning muassasa va manfaatdor tomonlariga ta'siri va ta'lim sharoitida axloqiy yetakchilikni rivojlantirish strategiyalarini ko'rib chiqamiz. Ta’lim yetakchilarida axloqiy fazilatlarning ahamiyatini o‘rganish va amaliy tushunchalar berish orqali ushbu maqola ta’lim rahbariyatida axloqning o‘rni haqida turli tushunchalarni yoritishga qaratilgan.
