Abstract

This article discusses the socio-psychological features of providing psychological services to the population in extreme situations today and in the future. Information on how to provide the right psychological services in case of emergencies, anxiety and stress, and how to prevent mental experiences such as excessive nervousness, restlessness, and fear in a person. given. Extreme psychology studies the laws of mental activity of a person in a changed environment and the factors that have a number of effects on a person in extreme conditions; monotony, change of space, risk factors are studied.
